K-SPEC Solutions Ltd is an interiors sub-contractor with a different ethos. Well-schooled and tired of the traditional Principal Contractor / Sub-contractor approach we strongly believe in collaborative working and becoming an integral part of any project team.
We are customer focused with strong beliefs that repeat business and ongoing relationships are the most valuable part of our business.
Electing to work closely with a niche customer-base offers director-led contact and service, from early cost advice stage to beyond project completion.
The core business being the majority of interior elements within the commercial, residential and end-user markets. We operate predominantly within the South-west; however, we have the contacts and flexibility to undertake projects nationwide.
Ethos
Our ethos is simple, a customer focused collaborative and flexible approach will ensure we deliver and exceed expectations on time and within budget.
Having witnessed procurement methods change significantly over the last decade we feel there is a strong requirement for early engagement to mitigate potential design shortfall and reduce the cost risks associated with this.
History
The directors have in excess of thirty-year’s experience within the construction industry, both spending the last twelve-years specialising within the interiors market for many of the blue-chip national main-contractors and even some globally recognised end-users.

We strive for continuous improvement in our performance by providing training and raising awareness among employees, listening and responding to stakeholders, and actively supporting and taking part in social responsibility projects and initiatives.
We encourage our team to get involved in our local community, through fundraising events and awareness campaigns. We continually monitor and report on our social responsibility performance to ensure we consistently exceed our statutory obligations on employment, health and safety and the environment.
Anti-slavery and human trafficking policy
Slavery and human trafficking remain a hidden blight on our society. We fully support international efforts to promote ethical principles and practices related to the prevention of the exploitation and abuse associated with modern slavery and human trafficking.
Fundraising and the local community
Over the years, we have supported and continually engage in a number of client-led and self-led charity events.
Jason Ryall – Director
Jason studied Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management at the University of the West of England, graduating with Honours. He has worked across several construction disciplines, including Commercial, Residential and Fit-Out.
Tim Padmore – Director
Tim studied Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management at the University of the West of England, graduating with Honours. Initially starting his career with a regional principal contractor in 2000, then moving into specialist sub-contracting from 2006.
